3 - 4 hours per day - 5 Days per Week SERRF Afterschool Assistant (ELOP) is responsible for providing homework assistance and support to the students in an after school setting, along with other related work as required. The SERRF Afterschool Assistant (ELOP) will oversee a set group of students on a day-to-day basis, build relationships with students, and provide informal tutoring as needed. The SERRF Afterschool Assistant (ELOP) should be skilled with positive behavior management and the ability to motivate students to focus and work hard.
