The Tax Technician III will be trained to perform tasks, such as:
- Assist taxpayers to ensure to compliance with tax laws and performs a variety of collection functions.
- Response to in-person and telephone inquiries regarding business laws and regulations, policies and procedures, and general business information.
- Answer incoming calls from Department's Customer Service Center(CSC) performing account maintenance, providing taxpayer assistance with registration, tax returns, tax payments, and guidance to available resources.
- Prepares account adjustment documents as necessary.
- Performs other job-related duties, as needed to cover the workload.
