Requirements
- Experience : 5 years' experience in litigation environment
- Trial experience is a plus
- Experience with lay and expert discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Ability to spot issues, prepare detailed reports and distill key information
- Excellent communication skills and interested in having direct communication with clients and carriers
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Desire and ability to handle all aspects of civil litigation from initial intake through trial and appeal
- Ability to multi-task
- Integrity
- Works well with others and independently
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Must be a member of the State Bar of California
