Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate project feasibility and installation requirements.
- Measure and document precise site dimensions, ensuring all layouts meet design specifications.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure accurate equipment placement.
- Evaluate structural components to determine necessary modifications for accessibility solutions.
- Utilize technology and software to capture measurements and produce site reports.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings.
- Communicate directly with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure all surveys comply with building codes and safety regulations.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of site visits.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Leadership skills and the ability to take charge of site surveys.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, including framing, electrical, and foundation work.
- Experience as a contractor, architect, or surveyor is preferred.
- Communication skills with the ability to explain site conditions clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits per week.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (Company Vehicle Provided).
