Responsibilities: Entry Level Receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, display a cheerful and helpful energy
- Have the ability to multitask well, answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
