Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Representative at California Southwestern Insurance Agency. The Commercial Lines Account Representative will be responsible for managing book of business that is approximately 3 million in premium. Responsible for handling renewals, customer service inquiries, certificates and ensuring customer retention. Book of business is primarily contactors, janitorial, liquor stores and retail.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience with commercial lines insurance
- CA P&C Insurance License
- Knowledge of AMS360 / Vertafore
