What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXPERIENCED - Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative position at Commercial Associates Insurance?
Our firm is fun, fast paced, independent insurance agency writing primarily commercial lines business, but some personal lines as well. We have been in business in Orange County for 45 years. We enjoy a strong reputation for excellent customer service and have a high client retention.
We are fully automated and use the AMS360 agency management system; as well as on-line quoting systems with various markets.
We have an opening for an energetic person with the following qualities and required experience:
Positive attitude toward a service position dealing with clients, insurance companies and co-workers.
Minimum 3 years commercial lines experience in a retail agency is a must.
Must be extremely detail oriented.
Must have experience working on Certificates of Insurance and relevant endorsements.
Must have experience working with insurance for contractors.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
Knowledge of AMS360 is helpful, but not required.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
P&C license is not required for this position, but our firm does offer education reimbursement and will help train/license the right individual.
