Job Description
Duties
Some projects will require importing CAD data from existing campus files.Collect information by field survey to update campus maps, such as utilities, trees, floor plans and other campus features.
Maintain and update the campus space allocation drawings.Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrates current enrollment at CSUS with a Junior level standing or higher.It is preferred, but not required, that the incumbent demonstrates enrollment as a Geography Major or MSIS Geospatial Analysis.
Demonstrates knowledge of GIS, GPS and Remote Sensing and experience using ArcGIS.It is preferred, but not required, that the incumbent demonstrates familiarity of other campus mapping projects.
Possesses excellent customer service skills, motivation, dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.Demonstrates the ability to work on projects with minimal supervision and / or with a team.
Required Qualifications :
Undergraduate students must be registered / enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall / Spring units.Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall / Spring units.
