About the Opportunity: Join our team as a Caseworker at California Tribal TANF Partnership and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in need. As a Caseworker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with participants to understand their unique needs and develop personalized case plans to support their success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with participants to determine eligibility for cash assistance and supportive services
- Develop and implement individualized case plans to address barriers to self-sufficiency and promote participant success
- Regularly meet with participants to monitor progress and update case plans as needed
- Enter participant information into the TAS system accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with community organizations to secure necessary resources and services for participants
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma Equivalency or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six months related experience and/or training certificate from college or technical school
- A current California driver's license
- Knowledge of database software, word processing software, and contact management systems
