About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Caseworker to join our team at California Tribal TANF Partnership. As a Caseworker, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals and families in need by providing guidance, resources, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess participant needs and develop personalized case plans to address barriers to self-sufficiency
- Collaborate with community organizations to secure necessary resources and services for participants
- Monitor participant progress and update case plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and community partners to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of participant information into the TAS system
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports to track participant progress
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma Equivalency or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six months related experience and/or training certificate from college or technical school
- A current California driver's license
- Knowledge of database software, word processing software, and contact management systems
