What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and mentor a team of Mortgage Consultants to ensure efficient and compliant loan origination.
- Monitor pipelines, coach performance, and ensure all regulatory and documentation standards are met.
- Partner with closing departments to ensure seamless loan closings and satisfied clients.
- Drive business development and growth by building strong relationships with real estate pros, attorneys, and other key players.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set the pace, lead from the front, and turn goals into achievements.
What You Bring:
- 5 years in mortgage lending with a proven record in origination (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team.
- Active NMLS license
- Deep understanding of mortgage products, compliance standards, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communicator, motivator, and deal-closer.
- Tech-savvy with strong skills in LOS, CRM, and pipeline tools.
- Must have an active NMLS in any of the following States: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
