The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a seasoned mortgage professional to lead MoXi’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel, driving strategy, client acquisition, and conversion while positioning our company for exponential growth. Beyond the DTC channel, this role is expected to quickly expand into leading other sales channels and driving strategic growth initiatives as we scale.
As MoXi continues its rapid growth, we plan to expand into new global markets, serve more borrower citizenships, and launch innovative products and programs. If the idea of helping us grow exponentially excites you (rather than scares you!), this role could be your perfect fit. With proven success, this position has the potential to grow into a Director-level role or even Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
As our Mortgage Sales Leader, you’ll:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for MoXi’s DTC channel, ensuring rapid and sustainable growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Take on responsibility for additional sales channels and growth initiatives as the company scales.
- Collaborate with leadership to build the foundation for future growth in TPO and B2B channels.
- Optimize sales processes and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and precision.
- Represent MoXi at industry events, building relationships across the U.S. and Mexico and future international markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mortgage origination or sales leadership, preferably in non-QM or international lending.
- An exceptional leader and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly skilled in organizing and structuring complex loan files with precision and efficiency.
- Proven success in driving growth and exceeding sales targets in a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Familiarity with Encompass and Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of recruiting and retaining top sales talent.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive without a rigid corporate playbook.
- Comfort with complex income structures, underwriting guidelines, and affluent clientele.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to build something truly unique in the mortgage industry.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with Mexican culture and fluency in Spanish.
- Experience in digital or direct-to-consumer mortgage sales.
- A proven track record in TPO or wholesale channels.

Location: Remote (US-based) with regular travel to Mexico
Background Checks & Licensing Mortgages originated by MoXi are done via our Mexico entities, so formal US underwriting designations or NMLS origination licenses are not required for this role. MoXi conducts background checks on all full-time employees, including a review of the candidate’s credit report. MoXi does not typically ask candidates to complete a drug screen.
