Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and deposits
- Answer member inquiries and respond to concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Educate members on credit union products and services, promoting cross-selling opportunities
- Open new accounts for existing members and process loan applications
- Assist with member service forms and provide support with Visa gift cards and cash advances
- Process check imaging through branch capture daily and maintain accuracy in all transactions
