Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Service Consultant Teller to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all external and internal members, fostering a positive brand image, and capturing sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer experience through accurate transactions, timely information provision, and referrals to relevant staff members.
- Educate members about Call Federal products and services in a consistent sales environment.
- Use product knowledge to answer member inquiries via face-to-face, phone, and email.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate information and basic teller transactions, adhering to check cashing and deposit authority limits.
- Verify important information for check and deposit processing, and provide services such as Visa gift cards and cash advances.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous cash handling experience is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends, with the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and manipulate weights up to 25 pounds.
