Summary/objective:
We are adding an HR Generalist/Recruiting to our team. Are you a go getter, highly organized and autonomous, and do you like to build relationships and deliver exceptional service to candidates? This could be the perfect role for you.
The HR Generalist/Recruiting will be responsible for providing a wide range of functions to our team. These responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines in ADP, managing relationships with external recruiters, partnering with hiring managers on staffing needs, developing relationships, coordinating interviews and managing interview processes and pipelines for all of our locations and roles.
Essential functions:
- Provides the highest standards of customer service and serves as the point of contact for all managers and candidates regarding recruitment.
- Execute full cycle recruiting and pipeline plans.
- Ensures integrity of applicant tracking data and generates appropriate and timely reports for management.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations including clerical and admin support
- Ensures full compliance with all regulatory agency requirements & maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Required education and experience:
- 2-4years of Admin experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR) strongly preferred.
- Experience with managing candidates in ADP
