We are seeking a Houseman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean fireplaces, windows, and other surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Use basic cleaning chemicals and techniques to perform cleaning duties
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and holidays
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Be at least 21 years of age
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license
