Roles And Responsibilities
- Assisting the Creative Director in developing broader brand concepts, strategies, and presentations.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure resources are allocated appropriately based on project requirements.
- Managing and overseeing Design team projects. Refine workflows for efficiency and consistency. Identify and fix bottlenecks. Standardize practices and maintain quality standards.
- Steering the design and development of creative materials.
- Assessing the performance of the Design team and guiding enhancement.
- Maintaining consistency in brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Facilitate team communication and knowledge sharing, including coordination between design and other departments, leading meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure team proficiency and provide training.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Ability to lead a team of internal and external designers as assigned.
- Strong background in design with a proven record.
- Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools and proven track record.
- Familiarity with 3D design software and motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital design, including web and mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
- Experience in print design, including packaging and marketing materials.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear and compelling design vision.
- Strong aesthetic sense and mindfulness.
- Ability to align design strategies with business goals and market trends.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Diligence and excellent time management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong people skills and building relationships within and outside the organization.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in design with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
- Digital agency, lifestyle, or technical experience preferred.
- Golf knowledge is a plus.
- Supervisory experience required.
