Callie is looking for passionate and driven leaders of hospitality to be a part of the team.
The position of Busser is responsible for providing exemplary hospitality, service, food, and beverage to restaurant guests. This includes, but is not limited to, enriching the guest’s experiences by greeting them cheerfully, having working knowledge of food and beverage menus respective of position, and listening intently. Other duties include, running and serving food, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting in maintenance of all front-of-house service areas and equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Must be able to effectively communicate in job related English both verbal and nonverbal
- Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
- Must have basic knowledge of arithmetic
- Must have the ability to input data in the POS system
- Must have previous experience with POS systems
- Must be able to follow direction with focus to detail and work under minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team and maintain positive disposition
- Must be able to sustain composure, remain calm and work well under time constraints
- Must be energetic and outgoing.
- Must exhibit fast foot speed, ability to function in a fast-paced environment and adhere to company time standards

Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Minimum education level: High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service in a restaurant preferred
- Food handler’s card and TIPS certification required
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
