ABOUT THE ROLE
This full-time dispatch position is on-site at our New Orleans, LA office. You'll work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
As an HVAC Dispatcher, your day starts with a quick scan of the schedule, making sure everything is set for the day ahead. Using our CRM, you dispatch service technicians to job sites and stay in close communication with them throughout the day, adjusting assignments as needed to keep everything on track. You also serve as the go-between for homeowners and technicians, providing updates and ensuring that every customer feels cared for. It's a fast-paced day filled with problem-solving and coordination, but you're up for the challenge!

- Proficiency in dispatching software

- Experience in tracking and coordinating technicians
