WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts as needed to accommodate business demands.
As the Office Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure everything runs efficiently. This includes managing dispatching tasks using ServiceTitan, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the office team meets performance expectations. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and providing support to our technicians. Your ability to maintain organization and accountability will be critical to the success of the team and the satisfaction of our customers.
