General Job Description
Manage daily operations of a Vacation Rental/Property Managment /Administration Office related duties
The role is a Lead position that will require you to work independently and creatively to support multiple related businesses managed by the company comprising of a mixture of 3 daily functions- Hospitality, Property Mgmt and Office Admin.
Must be tech saavy understanding the full range of Microsoft or Google platforms
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate Degree
Experience
- 3 years of Management experience
- 3 Sales and/or Marketing experience
- 3 Hospitality Industry
- 3 Property Management
- 3 Overseeing Maintenance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Online Platforms
- Microsoft Office 365
- Experience working with vendors for materials and supplies
- Training Staff
- Sops
- Excellent Written Skills
- Verbal Communication
Location: New Orleans, LA
Training and Supervision:
- Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
Commitment:
- Looking for candidates with long-term commitment
Physical Fitness:
- Must be physically fit to handle stairs in multiple story properties
Hospitality Experience:
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the face of the business, providing excellent customer service.
- Strong people skills are essential.
Communication:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible for reporting and office management.
Administration Skills:
- Office related duties, managing vendors, opening accounts
- Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
- Strong Organization
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google
Property Management:
- Oversee maintenance, rent collection, and reconciliation.
- Point of contact for Section 8 and other rental programs.
- Monitor the exterior of properties is maintained and monitored.
- Lease available units
Hospitality Management:
- Supervise housekeeping and property management
- Handle constant inquiries and sales.
- Ensure all platform updates are current.
- Inventory
Compensation will be based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
