The Position

CallRail is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Website Experience Manager to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our customer experience and driving business growth through the website. Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, this position will oversee website updates, manage deliverables, and support web projects aligned with business objectives. We're looking for a conversion driven website expert with a strong background in content management, analytics, experimentation, user experience, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate thrives on tackling diverse projects and is passionate about optimizing, enhancing, and building a best-in-class website.

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and update website content on a daily basis using a CMS
  • Support web projects while effectively communicating timelines and progress with stakeholders and partners
  • Aid in website roadmap creation and execution tied to larger business goals
  • Regular reporting on website metrics, building custom tags, providing data insights, and verifying all tracking is implemented correctly
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests focused on conversion rate optimization
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering team, oversee sprint planning, and continual backlog grooming to align with the roadmap
  • Create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for website enhancement
  • Support quality assurance efforts by testing new features and pages, identifying bugs, and ensuring our website is functioning properly at all times

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of website experience working within a CMS (e.g. Builder.io)
  • 3-5 years experience managing engineering sprints and collaborating in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices and experimentation
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of web best practices for UX design
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA)
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of business KPIs and the website's impact on them
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
