As a People Experience Partner / HR Generalist, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment efforts by posting and maintaining jobs in our applicant tracking system, organizing resumes within our electronic database, and ensuring our recruiting status reports reflect the progress of each open requisition and showcase close rates
- Manage the new hire onboarding process, to include coordinating with the Principle of Talent Strategy and Hiring Managers to request and secure necessary software and hardware requirements, set-up workstations, and send all onboarding communications to new hires
- Ensure compliance with all Federal & State laws related to employee documentation and storage
- Manage a variety of budgets related to overall employee experience, such as employee gifts, snacks, office supplies, employee travel, etc.
- Serve as the point of contact for all facilities needs, including building access, service requests, and annual compliance requirements
- Serve as the point of contact for all benefit changes, questions, and billing, including conducting monthly bill reconciliation, as well as leaves of absence. Complete monthly reconciliations of deductions
- Assist with payroll processing by creating payroll journal entries and sending file feeds to carriers as needed.
- Responsible for spearheading the annual benefits renewal process, including updating all materials, scheduling open enrollment meetings, managing the annual Wellness Fair, assisting with pricing strategy and more..
- Manage and organize the employee cafe, ensuring it is regularly stocked with drinks and snacks for the team
- Assist VP, People & Organizational Effectiveness with various projects, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- A bachelor’s degree with focus a in Business, HR, or management and/or SHRM certification preferred, but not required
- Experience in HR and administrative roles; benefits and/or payroll experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of activities
- Ability to quickly build rapport with others
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to take initiative
- Positive attitude and ability to work across multiple departments and teams

- The expected salary range for this role may differ based upon the candidate. Salary presented with a job offer will be based on factors such as calibrated job level, educational background, prior work experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
