What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flex STNA - Youngstown position at Callverse?
We are seeking compassionate, reliable STNAs to join our team and provide high-quality service for Afternoon/Evening shifts to work with Youth under age 10.
- Full/Part-time; $15-16 per hour; 28-56 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: Days, Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends As Needed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a STNA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages.
- Compassionate and patient personality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and support to clients, including engaging in activities and conversation.
- Assist with medication management and administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other team members and management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
