Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Oversee budgeting processes related to clinical operations and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including Medicare standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide guidance on critical care practices and physiology knowledge to staff.

Experience
- Proven experience in a medical leadership role, preferably as a Medical Director or similar position.
