Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain office organization through effective office management practices, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Administrative Support:
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Client Onboarding Support:
- Assist with onboarding new clients into programs, classes, and referral services.
- Update and maintain accurate client records.
Office Assistance:
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, including preparing materials and taking notes.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Event and Program Support:
- Assist with event logistics, such as registrations, materials preparation, and follow-up communication.
- Support the Operations Manager in executing organizational initiatives and projects.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication with team members.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with clients.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures will be advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
