Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Innovative Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement cutting-edge treatment programs that prioritize client-centered care and measurable outcomes.
• Dynamic Team Development: Foster a high-performing team of therapists through strategic recruitment, mentorship, and continuous professional development.
• Rigorous Compliance and Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, establish robust policies, and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a secure therapeutic environment.
• Data-Driven Outcomes Management: Implement a comprehensive quality improvement program to enhance client success.
• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Lead impactful family-focused events and nurture community partnerships to enhance program visibility and client trust.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a behavioral science, such as Social Work, Clinical Mental Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• At least two years of experience in a leadership role within a therapeutic or residential setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills, creative problem-solving in treatment planning, and excellent communication abilities.
