Job Summary:
River Valley Counseling Center, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team at the Springfield Outpatient Clinic.
As a seasoned LICSW, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of care and supervision for our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical evaluations, providing direct care, summarizing findings, and presenting to the multidisciplinary case disposition team. You will also be responsible for supervising staff, mediating grievances, engaging in research and quality assurance activities, and attending regular staff meetings.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader with a strong clinical background. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in human services or a related field, at least three years of experience as a therapist, and one year of supervisory experience. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of legal and ethical issues in the profession.
