HVAC Warehouse Associate

Caloosa Cooling in Ft. Myers, FL is actively seeking a full-time HVAC Warehouse Associate to work with its warehouse team and help with inventory inflow, pallet organizing, and assist in the preparation of outbound packages for rough and trim crews. This position requires warehouse experience and/or HVAC experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HVAC Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist the Warehouse Manager and our 3-person warehouse team with implementing an inventory receiving process, provide inventory inspection, identify product ordering needs, and prepare construction work order packages for the following day. You will work with our team on keeping the warehouse organized, managing material in & outflow, assuring materials are properly inventoried, presentable, safe, and ready for jobs that will go out the next day.

HVAC WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Experience with inventory management, inventory surveying, material distribution processes, material ordering and inspection, safety oversight.

• HVAC experience preferred but not necessary

• Hard working and dedicated to your team

• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient

• Desire to learn and grow with a positive mindset toward achievement
