Responsibilities and Duties
- Swim instruction for children and adults, from beginner to competitive
- Deliver learning progression in a safe and fun environment
- Safely guard and enforce all pool safety rules (Lifeguard)
- Commit to the assigned work shifts or schedules
- Timely recognize & respond to emergencies with care as trained
Qualifications and Skills
- Loves working with children of all ages
- Attention to detail and awareness of pool safety
- Competitive swim experience (preferred not required)
- Swim Instruction Experience (preferred not required)
- Lifeguard experience with active ARC Lifeguard Certification (preferred not required)
- Must be 16 years or older and fluent in English
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour (D.O.E.)

The club also provides modern, safe, clean, and well-maintained indoor swim facilities in both Dublin and Fremont locations.

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)
- Swim Instructor: 1 year (Preferred)
- Competitive swim: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- ARC Lifeguard Certificate (Preferred)
