- Lead and manage a team, maintaining operational efficiency.
- Handle routine operational decisions to resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Provide direct leadership to front-line staff, ensuring smooth task execution.
- Interact regularly with staff to address immediate concerns and ensure productivity.
- Report to the Operations Manager / COO and provide updates on team performance and operational issues.
- Focus on short-term goals, implementing tactical solutions to optimize efficiency.
