Role Focus:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily activities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to support solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Lead and manage a team, maintaining operational efficiency.
- Handle routine operational decisions to resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Provide direct leadership to front-line staff, ensuring smooth task execution.
- Interact regularly with staff to address immediate concerns and ensure productivity.
- Report to the Operations Manager/ COO and provide updates on team performance and operational issues.
- Focus on short-term goals, implementing tactical solutions to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role (solar energy experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a front-line team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle routine decisions and manage operational processes effectively.
