De-burr/Blender
The ideal candidate needs to have strong attention to detail and at least 2-3 years of experience in this field. They will need to remove sharp edges from machined parts neatly, cleanly, and without changing the shape or dimension of the part. The candidate will also need to ensure that the final size, shape and details of parts are correct per specifications. Other essential duties include filing, sanding, de-burring, blending, cleaning, grinding, masking, bead blasting and polishing parts in accordance with the utmost regard for standards.
Duties of the De-burring/Hand Finisher

Duties of the De-burring/Hand Finisher
- Blend/remove sharp edges per drawing.
- Break edges on parts, hand finish repaired areas.
- Blend machining marks to provide uniform appearance.
Requirements of the Deburring/Hand Finisher
- Five (2) years minimum experience with aircraft components/materials
- High attention to detail
- Previous metal deburring experience
- Drug test required.
- Ability to use manual air operated & electric hand tools.
- Good eye for measuring and following work order detail
- Machining experience is a plus!
Salary : $20 - $24
