Cash Receipts Resolution Unit of Treasury has an opening for an Accounting Officer (Specialist). Under general guidance of the Staff Services Manager I/ Accounting Administrator 1 (Supervisor) the incumbent will perform professional accounting duties, such as:

Job Description And Duties
Cash Receipts Resolution Unit of Treasury has an opening for an Accounting Officer (Specialist). Under general guidance of the Staff Services Manager I/ Accounting Administrator 1 (Supervisor) the incumbent will perform professional accounting duties, such as:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for system development activities and projects related to cash receipts and banking activities;
- Research, analyze, and correct the discrepancies between general ledger and bank statement of cash receipts account and reconcile the account monthly
- Prepare procedures and guidelines for the unit to reflect current processing with fiscal control and security as a primary basis;
- Prepare training materials and provide the informational & educational presentations related to Cash Receipts functions;
- Handle suspense account and coordinate with internal and external auditors and stakeholders.
