What are the responsibilities and job description for the Calvary Leadership Academy Administrative Assistant: Full-time position at Calvary Albuquerque Inc?
PURPOSE: The Calvary Leadership Academy (CLA) Administrator is responsible for maintaining effective, day-to-day operations of the Calvary Leadership Academy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Prepare and maintain the preparation of attendance, grades, events, student reports and records
· Direct and coordinate all activities/special events
· Explain and answer all questions regarding the school
· Provide administrative support including, but not limited to answering inquiries via phone, email and in person, calendar planning and maintenance, budget reconciliation, req writing, record management, etc.
· Coordinate promotion/advertising for the school
· Monitor academic progress & probation of students
· Counsel and provide guidance to the students regarding academic and personal issues
· Schedule and participate in the interviews of prospective students
· Utilize Calvary systems including Paylocity, ServiceU, Ministry Platform, VSYS, etc.
· Organize and be present to coordinate special events including, but not limited to, Spring and Fall retreats, Christmas Party and Graduation.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
· Availability to work from Monday through Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm with additional time during special events and semester start/end.
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2 years of relevant administrative experience
· Completion of School of Ministry, highly preferred
· College experience, preferred
· High level of professionalism
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
· Experience in budget management
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· A love for the body of Christ and a desire to walk alongside others in their spiritual walk
· Dedication to work with and understand the needs of others
