What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Team Lead: Full-time position at Calvary Albuquerque?
Oversee all Service Teams, which include Decision Team, Support Team, and Welcome Team, ensuring our weekend and midweek services are prepared through set-up, engagement, and prayer; to create environments that maximize opportunities for Life Change.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING :
- Maintain full serving teams for four weekly services
- Oversee Team Leaders
- Organize serving areas on a weekly basis
- Communicate with overseer about team needs
- Plan and execute monthly baptism events from March to October yearly.
- Communicate with those registered for baptism and schedule live baptisms and video shoots
- Plan and execute Big Weekend and special service experiences communicating to staff and servant teams. These include :
- Mother's Day / Father's Day / Tree Lighting / Christmas services and other services as requested
- Plan and execute 2 VIP Parties a year, scheduling catering and implementing party elements. Communicating to staff and servant teams details
- Assist in planning and executing an annual servant Christmas party
- Oversee a servant green room and the outdoor experience for Christmas Eve services
- Provide teams with weekly information of upcoming / important events
- Submit requisitions, Espace, and perform administrative tasks as needed to support the needs of this department
- Shopping, running errands as needed.
- Maintain storage and office areas related to this department
- Collaborate and execute events with other team members as requested
- Recruit servants for book sales and special guests as requested by Executive Team
