JOB TITLE: Local Outreach Ministry Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Outreach
REPORTS TO: Director of Local Outreach & Food Services
STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly
HOURS: Full-Time (40)

Your passion:
Serving and assisting the Director of Local Outreach & Food Services through administrative and ministerial support, as well as taking the lead in ministry components. This support provides opportunity for efficient and effective ongoing ministry as well as ministry expansion. You are also passionate about finding creative solutions and best practices with great attention to detail.

- Support the administrative needs of the Director of Outreach & Food Services by managing emails, phone calls, calendared events, and other projects that you are assigned.
- Provide administrative support for all activities and outreaches as directed o Volunteer registration and coordination, Ministry Platform, AvidXchange, CPRFs, Catering Request Forms, Event Request Forms
- Direct all focus to pre and post support during the threat of a crisis to include: o Assist with planning and execution of Crisis/Hurricane Response
You have:
A strong ability to prioritize, organize, and provide follow through for requests Strong discipleship experience and extensive knowledge of the Word of God Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and logistics
- An open and flexible schedule to meet the needs of the ministry – specifically pertaining to crisis response, outreaches, holidays and global events

What you are required to know:

- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies
