Calvert County Nursing Center is looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and social individual to join our team! We are seeking a charismatic individual who has the desire to promote independence, encourage socialization, and enhance the overall wellbeing for our residents.

Responsibilities Include :

Planning and implementing day to day activities
Promoting social engagement
Leading small and large group activities independently
Enhance social, emotional, and mental well being for the residents

What you must have :

Compassion and patience

Creativity and artistic skills are a plus

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Excellent communication and written skills

Strong customer service skills

A positive attitude

Strong computer skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to lift 25lbs

Willingness to learn on the job and be a team player

Experience working in activities or at a Nursing or Rehab facility is a plus
