Sr. Administrative Assistant
Location: Bellevue, NE
Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret / SCI
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing senior/executive-level administrative support to the program including managing office communications/administration to support senior managers.
Who You Are and What You Need:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the following areas:
- Experience managing organizational support: execution, and documentation of community forums, in progress review, O-6/Flag Officer engagements, and Combatant Commander-level reviews.
- Experience creating and maintaining daily activity level schedules for projects, meetings and routine business.
- Experience in maintaining historical files of key documents supporting guidance and direction from National Leadership, the Joint Staff, Agencies, Combatant Commands, and the Services.
- Experience facilitating maintain control, accountability and delivery (to include classified material) of Government Furnished Information to National Leadership, Joint Staff, Agencies, Combatant Commanders, and the Services.
- Experience and knowledge required to support the governments developing, drafting, writing and editing correspondence, reports, briefs, and other documents for National Leadership, Joint Staff, Agencies, Combatant Commanders, and the Services.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience racking system progress/status reporting by receiving, coordinating, tracking and reviewing/analyzing issues, maintaining a calendar, and providing agendas, minutes and other support as required
- Demonstrate knowledge and performance of tasks necessary to maintain daily calendars, travel schedules, setting up coordinating, managing and documenting meetings; correspondence and office management; scheduling distinguished visitor visits through protocol and senior staff.

What You Will Do:
- Maintain a historical file of key documents which provide guidance and direction from National Leadership, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Energy/National Nuclear Security Agency, the Joint Staff, Agencies, USSTRATCOM, other Combatant Commanders, and the Services.
- Provide primary support to the government for organization, execution, and documentation of user community management forums, including In Progress Reviews, working groups, O-6/Flag Officer engagements, and Combatant Commander-level reviews. Support will include all tasks necessary to maintain calendars, travel schedules, meetings, correspondence, and office management.
- Support and facilitate the delivery of Government Furnished Information (GFI) to National Leadership, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Energy/National Nuclear Security Agency, the Joint Staff, Agencies, USSTRATCOM, other Combatant Commanders, and the Services as well as maintain control and accountability for classified material.
- Create and maintain activity-level schedules for projects, meetings, and routine business.
- Support the USSTRATCOM system progress/status reporting by, receiving, coordinating, tracking, and reviewing/analyzing issues and maintaining a user calendar.
- Provide meeting agendas, minutes, and other support, as required.
- Create and maintain daily and travel schedules; set up, coordinate, manage, and document meetings and conferences; and, schedule distinguished visitor visits through protocol and senior staff.
