WE ARE SEEKING :
A Branch Operations Supervisor with great people skills to take care of customers in our branch located in Ocean View, Delaware . This is a full-time, day shift position, with occasional Saturday mornings required.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
Assisting with branch operations decisions.
Motivating and engaging staff, leading by example.
Assisting with training and development of branch staff.
Supervising branch staff through appropriate delegation of duties.
Mentoring branch staff and onboarding new hires.
Handling daily banking transactions and referring products and services that meet specific customer needs.
Performing routine audits of night depository logs and Customer Service Associate balance sheets.
Assisting with monthly branch audits and preparing audit compliance documentation.
Performing safe deposit box maintenance. Ensuring billing is correct, auditing entry logs and contracts.
Resolving customer issues in a satisfactory prompt and manner
Holding branch meetings if necessary.
Assisting with training and development of branch staff.
Willing to float to other branches when needed.
YOU SHOULD HAVE :
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of branch banking operations, including teller duties, opening new accounts and products and services
Prior supervisory experience
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Basic level ability in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
