Job Title: RN/LPN
Schedule: 8:00am to 8:00pm Every Other Weekend
Calvin Community is seeking part-time RN/LPN (Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses), who can multi-task, work independently or as a team, work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and love helping others.

Typical Duties
- Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Administering medication.
- Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to unit managers and family members.
- Maintaining accurate patient charts and records.
- Collecting specimen samples when needed.
- Developing personalized patient care and treatment plans.
- Serving as a trusted resource to others.
- Assisting in medical procedures.
- Supervising nursing staff.
- Managing emergency medical situations.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with patients and caregivers.
- Patience working in stressful conditions.
- Strong observation and assessment skills.
- Valid RN or LPN license in good standing.
- The license must be valid within the state of Iowa.
- Current, valid CPR Certification.
- Knowledge of federal and state assisted living regulations and laws.
