The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting with the preparation and delivery of meals to residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences. This role involves working closely with the dietary team to ensure meals are served in a timely and safe manner, while adhering to all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.

Job Description
The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting with the preparation and delivery of meals to residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences. This role involves working closely with the dietary team to ensure meals are served in a timely and safe manner, while adhering to all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation.
- Work with the dietary team to meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents.
- Deliver meals to residents' rooms or dining areas, ensuring meals are presented properly.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after meal service.
- Communicate with residents and staff to ensure dietary concerns and requests are addressed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a food service or dietary role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
