Cal Wadsworth Construction (CWC), a General Contractor based in Draper, UT, is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to assist project management of small to medium sized public commercial projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the successful scheduling, execution, and closeout of commercial construction projects ranging from $1-$5 million in value.
- Responsible for project documentation including submittals, storage and retrieval, meeting agendas, closeout, and other project documents and controls.
- Work closely with CWC project management and report on project progress.
- Assist with planning, organizing and managing materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Participate in project meetings, goal setting, and personal development initiatives.
- Assist with managing financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with clients.
- Manage correspondence with Client and Subcontractors.
- Create a positive image for company with clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial/civil construction is a plus
- Strong communicator who is committed to honesty and transparency.
- Must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with the owner, owner’s rep, architect/engineer and subcontractor’s management and field personnel confidently and fairly.
- Strong computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Proficiency with ProCore software is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
