What You’ll Do
As the Touchpoint Coordinator, you’ll be the cornerstone of our concierge division, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating communication between the Touchpoint Director, field technicians, and clients.
- Managing schedules, calendars, and daily tasks while keeping everything on track.
- Handling customer service and warranty requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promoting our Touchpoint program to prospective clients and creating remodeling opportunities for existing homeowners.
- Processing subcontractor invoices, estimates, and assembling monthly customer billings.
- Scheduling maintenance vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Using software tools to monitor new, ongoing, and recurring tasks.
- Supporting other tasks and special projects as they arise.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Buildertrend, Snap Inspect, or QuickBooks) is a big plus.
- Experience or knowledge of residential construction terminology and processes—you’ll be speaking the language of our field team and clients.
- Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours situations with ease.
