We work with clients that range from kitchen and cabinet design to bathroom remodeling and window replacement. The enhancements have no limits and with our customers we want their imagination to come to life.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is ready to take point as the primary contact for our valued customers, guiding them through every step of their remodeling journey with us. Your day-to-day will involve working alongside our current customers, acquiring new projects, providing services quotes, remodeling knowledge, and proactively addressing any concerns to enhance customers overall design experience.
With the help of our experienced Customer Service Representatives and team, you’ll be trained to know how to identify, upsell and ensure each customer has a superior experience. The Customer Service Representative will be a part of our customers' day lives and memories made in their newly upgraded living spaces. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers within a retail store, ensuring that there is thorough communication being delivered during each step of their renovation process. This includes but is not limited to building initial design quotes, going over product details depending on the room they are inquiring about, setting up the initial appointments and more.
- Provide an individualized experience for each customer knowing that our clients make customer builds and not every customers remodel will be the same
- Identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade based on customer needs
- Collaborate with the team to promote and recommend additional products or services
- Negotiate contacts and close sales deals
- Overcome customer concerns by being knowledgeable in our clients offerings making you an expert in this role
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused role such as customer service, account management, sales, or demonstrating a proven track record of client engagement
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and foster strong relationships with customers
- Quick to learn and adapt, allowing the ability to thoroughly understand the company’s product or service offerings
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Reliable transportation
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, continuously focusing on improvement and efficiency
- Ability to occasionally work special events
