Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and support services to clients facing various challenges
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the healthcare system
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in social work, mentoring, behavioral health, motivational interviewing, crisis management, addiction counseling, childcare, crisis intervention, workforce development, and supervising is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Empathy and compassion towards individuals facing difficulties
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.48 - $26.63 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
