Duties
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate and monitor services such as counseling, housing, and healthcare for clients
- Advocate for clients within the legal system or social service agencies
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers, to address clients' needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Qualifications
- Experience in social work, child protective services, or related field
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Ability to handle crisis management situations effectively
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and family law
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
