Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Skills
- Experience in Home Health settings is required
- Proficiency in conducting vital sign assessments
- Knowledge of primary care and medical-surgical practices

- Familiarity with operating room procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.32 - $48.82 per hour
