Position Summary:
As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and leading the proposal development process for industrial projects across the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for coordinating proposal activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and crafting compelling RFQ and RFP responses that align with CAM Industrial Solutions' brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent project coordination skills, able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the proposal development process across multiple disciplines.
Craft RFQ and RFP responses that are innovative, client-focused, and aligned with CAM’s brand standards.
Provide technical writing expertise to the proposal team, collaborating with subject matter experts to identify benefits and value-added content.
Monitor and refine the proposal process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison for client communications, including submission requirements, RFIs, addenda, and meetings.
Oversee document control activities such as managing client portal files, maintaining passwords, and organizing internal proposal file structures.
Maintain an up-to-date library of resumes, project profiles, presentations, and photos while adhering to brand guidelines.
Support business development efforts, including events, presentations, marketing materials, and website updates, as needed.
Ensure quality control by reviewing proposals for completeness, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
Coordinate meetings for proposal kickoffs, reviews, and submission deadlines.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to improve proposal strategies.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments, including technical, operational, and executive teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign (preferred).
Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and proposal management software is advantageous.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
2–4 years of experience in proposal coordination, business development, marketing, or a related field, with preference for experience in the industrial services or construction sector.
