We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team! This full-time role offers opportunities for growth into field services, management, and beyond.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
- Schedule service and installation appointments
- Perform functional testing of security equipment, including returned security components, to assess operability
- Additionally, evaluate and provide feedback on new and upcoming security technology for potential deployment in future installations
- Maintaining of customer communication and inventory in CRM software
- Conduct quality assurance calls / follow up to customers
- Provide sales and service for walk-in customers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in an office in a customer service focused setting
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace/Docs/Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Clean Background Check and Drug Test
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the construction/technical/service industry
- Experience in Customer Relations Management (CRM) such as Salesforce a plus
